Preorder items will ship within the timeline stated on each product page, typically within 4-5 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of hair accessories and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Are the clips safe for young children?
